No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect choice.
Please ensure you review all product details before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will happily replace it in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us at support@killerebikes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the fault or damage.

  3. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exclusions

We are not responsible for faults caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling of the product

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or repairs not carried out by us
